Refund & Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. It must be in its original packaging, unused and labels have not been removed. After we receive your return package and the confirmation process is complete, we will inform you and proceed to the refund process. You will be fully refunded through the payment channel you’ve used. This may take up to 14 days depending on your bank’s payment processing policies. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please retain a proof of postal receipt as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsiblity until they reach us. If your order is lost, a postage receipt will ensure we are able to process a refund for you. We can’t be held responsible for any posted return items that we don’t receive.
